SQUAT HOLD CHALLENGE
The goal of this challenge is to sit at the bottom of a squat and hold it, unassisted for as long as you can. Grab a member of your family and challenge them to this squat hold! Can you beat their time? Can you beat OUR time?  We want your pictures and videos! Send them in and we will add them to this post...Check out your Gym teachers attempt below!

·       Helps you to gain mobility and strength in the hips, knees, ankles, and spine
·       Helps to improve your overall mobility 
·       Helps with other athletic, functional movements
