On a perfect February day our Junior and Intermediate students descended down the slopes of Skyloft Ski Club and boogied around Scooter's Roller Palace.
Our skiers and snow boarders were treated to sunshine and just-below- freezing temperatures in what turned out to be the perfect combination for some downhill fun.
Our other contingent, made up of roller skaters and roller bladers, had an equally enjoyable time as they cruised around the Palace to some groovy tunes.
All in all it was a fabulous time had by all involved with no injuries reported. An additional bonus were the remarks made by both Skyloft and Scooters' staffers on how polite and well mannered our students were, with Scooters saying we were the best school they've ever had, something we never get tired of hearing!
A big thank you goes out to all of our parent volunteers whose time was invaluable to the success of our trip, for which we are very grateful.
