Our next meet will take place back at Thomson Park this Thursday. According to our convenor, the courses will change slightly due to some issues with the races last week. We have not been made aware of these changes yet. Stay tuned.
Below we've attached the schedule for Oct.20.

You will also notice slots for fun runs. We are only taking competitors back to the meet.
We have a bus booked for this event. Any student who needs a place on the bus will have one. However, the grade 7&8 races take place after the bus departs the park at 1:40pm and as such, these students will need to be escorted by parents/volunteer drivers back to school.
(Thursday's weather forecast looks cold and rainy. Something to keep in mind as you rare making your arrangements).
Coming home tomorrow is a form that will need to be completed by parents for Tuesday. The form will indicate whether you will be transporting your child (and others?) to the meet or if they need a spot on the bus or if they can go with a volunteer driver at the end of the day.
Information for CITY FINALS on October 26th, at Centennial Park in Etobicoke, has not been shared as of yet. We will be posting that info as soon as it comes in, likely later in the week.
We have gotten our hands on the Centennial courses for grades 4-6 and 7-8 only. We're unable to load them to the blog today so we will send the routes home with runners tomorrow.
