-each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we will start our warm up at 815
-Arrive 5 minute early to sign in and get prepared.
-Always run with a buddy. Someone who has similar running abilities.
-Leave a water bottle by the rock in the kindie playground.
-Never sprint! Stick to a steady jog and pace yourself.
-when running past homes, stay on the sidewalk. Try not to run on people's grass.
-before crossing driveways, always check for move moving cars.
-at 850, students find their belongings and head to the back yard where supervision teachers will be. At this time, students should hydrate and have a small snack before entry.
