It seems like ages ago that we did this challenge, presented by one of our favourites, Mrs.Carson. She successfully held a plank for 2 minutes which started the 2 Min plank Challenge train. Well, later on in April, Mr. Church challenged us to increase the time to 3 minutes and we're excited to say, the time is NOW! Whether you choose a low, forearm plank or an extended hand plank, remember to keep your core tight and don't forget to breathe!
How to get through the 3 minutes:
- play your favourite song
- do it with family
- watch t.v.
- read
