Sometimes we receive intense routines that are lengthy or a bit challenging to record. We included a couple below that you should try this weekend. Thank you Veronica and Linden!
Join one of our Clairlea students as she takes us through a series of tricky exercises!
Your first exercise shall be the bridge do it for 1 minute ( if you can) |
Next exercise is skipping. Skip for 5 minutes (if u want)
Now do what I like to call the candlestick. Rest your hands near your hip bone and then put your legs up into the air and balance for as long as you can ( 1 to 3 mins)
Ok now lie down on your back and do a movement like ur biking.
Last is weight lifting - do 8 curls for each arm (if you can)

Steps - going up and down steps 10 times. No rest!
- Windsprints - Running back and forth in the yard for 30 secs. Rest for 15, then do that 5 times
- Jumping Jacks - 20 of them. No rest!
- High knees for 30 secs. Rest for 15 then repeat 5 times.
- Boxing (hitting weight bag for 5 mins
- Using mini-trampoline (jumping and running in place)
