Congratulations on making the Grade 6 Volleyball team. Next week we will be practicing Monday morning 715-815, Wednesday afternoon 315-415 and Friday morning 715-815.
Here are a few reminders for both players and parents. Playing on this team is a privilege not a right. Schoolwork comes first and conduct in the classroom, in the school and on the playground must be exemplary. Failure to live up to the expectations set by the coaches and teachers will result in removal from the team.
If you have younger siblings in the school they should be going on the bus as usual or picked up as usual. The coaches are busy and cannot provide appropriate supervision for younger siblings.
Your cooperation in this regard is very appreciated.
We are looking forward to a good season with a lot of skill and team building. Please remember to check the athletics blog prior to coming to morning practices in the event that your coaches cannot make it in due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations will be posted no later than 630 am. If there is no cancellation notice, consider practice to be on.
